2IC Care & Support Lead - Disability Homes

Hawksbury Community Living Trust in Kaiapoi, NZ, is seeking a full-time 2IC Support Staff member to assist the Manager in daily operations across three four-bedroom homes. You will provide person-centred support to residents with learning disabilities, lead by example, and help create a warm, respectful environment.

Experience with adaptive equipment and safe manual handling is a plus; training will be provided.
