Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Land Strategy is responsible for leading and overseeing the City’s real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions in support of corporate strategic objectives and long-term municipal planning. The position maintains a 15‑20‑year strategic outlook on land needs and opportunities; develops a portfolio of properties to support future civic projects; and provides guidance for capital planning, infrastructure delivery, and partnerships such as BC Housing and BC Builds.
