24/7 Social Worker — Violence & Harassment Helpline

Montfort Care in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Social Worker/Case Worker for the National Anti-Violence & Sexual Harassment Helpline (NAVH). This role involves engaging with callers to assess situations, gathering critical information, and conducting risk assessments while coordinating with relevant agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a strong people-oriented approach combined with effective communication skills is essential. Shift allowances are provided, as this is a 24/7 helpline.
