1st Shift-General Production Manager-Humboldt, TN

Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 

3+yearsofexperience in amanufacturingsupervisory roleor 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience. 

Familiarity with processing floor operationspreferred.

HACCP certificationand a basicunderstandingofHACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verificationpreferred.

Knowledge of freshmeatsprocessingpreferred.

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspectionsusing fixed ladders,stairssteps,etc. 

Able to tolerate environmental conditionsin the area ofresponsibility. The temperature inmost of theareas range from 28°-45° Fahrenheit.
