Code Red are working with a fantastic automotive client of ours who are actively seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team of 5 reporting into the IT Manager. This role is a great opportunity if you would like a rewarding career in IT which also provides career progression and training too.

Responsibilities

Deskside and Help Desk support.

Working alongside members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system.

Supporting a small sized user base.

Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure/systems.

Assisting on project tasks.

Desirable Experience

Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Azure AD, PHP, MySQL, Apache, Web hosting service, JavaScript, basic networking
