1st Line IT Support Apprentice – Helpdesk Specialist

BPP in Willenhall is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Technician. You will provide technical support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will hold GCSEs in Maths and English, possess strong problem-solving skills, and show great attention to detail. You will help new starters with equipment setup and support users with IT queries across various platforms.
