Job Description

The candidate will lead Systems Engineering effort to institute the disciplines for the integration of cutting edge digital solutions across the organization’s engineering and operations domains. This role will coordinate cross functional teams, drive adoption of modern architectures, and ensure that system of systems meet 1LMX RMS requirements and standards

Responsibilities
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers across product teams, enhancing collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Establish Systems Engineering standards, best practice guidelines, and governance models.
• Define metrics and produce executive dashboards to track transformation progress.
• Mentor junior engineers, champion knowledge share sessions, and cultivate a culture of innovation and data driven decision making.
