180 Recruitment Consultant (US Healthcare) | Remote - EST Hours

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a fast-growing global BPO, partnering with a US-based client. We are urgently seeking a young, positive, and energetic 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a high-volume candidate-facing role, focused on sourcing, screening, and booking interviews for top talent. You will be responsible for screening approximately 300+ CVs per week and conducting back-to-back candidate interviews, ensuring that only the best matches progress to the client.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured recruitment environment, has excellent communication skills, and loves working with people.
