Job Description
Experience with supporting SAP ERP, Portal, Redwood, Gateway, Web Dispatcher, TREX:
- Start and Stop of SAP system
- Profile parameter setting
- Support Pack and SAP system upgrade
- Installation and configuration of SAP Business Suite systems
- SAP Kernel Upgrade
- System monitoring using standard SAP commands
- Setup of background jobs using Redwood
- Experience and deep knowledge of SAP Transport Management and setup
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
QA system refresh from Production
- Experience with SAP system refreshes
- Knowledge of all pre and post steps
- Should be able to execute all steps diligently
Experience with RedHat Linux OS:
- Should have good knowledge of linux administration commands
- OS migration knowledge is a plus
