12 Months Operation Assistant (Up to $2,700) #NJN

Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm, Alternate Sun: 1pm-5pm

Location: 280 Kampong Arang / 305 Alexandra Rd (Multiple Locations)

As an Operations Assistant (Retail) , you’ll support end-to-end vehicle operations by ensuring showroom readiness, accurate tracking and documentation, and timely coordination of sold vehicles from arrival to delivery.

• Receive and perform quality checks on incoming vehicles, and update system records.
• Ensure all showroom display vehicles meet retail standards.
• Prepare and verify vehicle documentation, including condition, mileage, accessories, and damages.
• Manage delivery packs and hand them over to Sales Consultants upon delivery.
• Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations across all sites.
• Support transfer and movement of vehicles between locations.
• Monitor stock movement efficiency, turnaround time, and quality.
