1:1 Learning Mentor
Full-time
Looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Mentor to support a KS3 pupil who needs consistent encouragement and structure throughout the school day.
Your role includes:
Supporting one student with learning, confidence, and routine
Keeping them engaged in lessons
Helping them manage transitions and expectations
Liaising with teachers and the SENCO
You’ll be a good match if:
You’ve supported young people with additional needs before
You’re calm, consistent, and good at building trust
You enjoy one-to-one work
