The candidate will contribute to the design, development and support of customer decisioning and customer understanding capabilities across in-house customer intelligence and decisioning platforms. The role will focus on building scalable, production-grade data and ML pipelines that operationalise customer models into resilient decisioning flows supporting personalised pricing, offers, recommendations and campaign execution across digital, CRM and marketing channels.
