End-to-End Project Governance & Strategic Planning Develop and own the full project charter, detailed implementation roadmap, work breakdown structure (WBS), budget, timeline, risk register and governance framework tailored specifically to the legacy client MDG replacement and Robotics MDG implementation, aligning all milestones with cross-system integration timelines. Define clear project scope, acceptance criteria and governance rules; strictly manage scope creep, especially for future additional requirements and customizations for customer, supplier and other master data domains.
