Full time PERMANENT position for Principal at Goulds Elementary, Goulds. Duties to commence September 8, 2026 to June 25, 2027.
As a school administrator, you will be part of the NLSchools' Leadership Team and be committed to furthering the goals for student success. You will be a learning leader and be able to demonstrate a student‑first philosophy in previous experiences as a teacher and/or administrator.
Reporting to the Principal you will provide leadership to staff in the improvement of responsive teaching and learning, the school development process, management of school finances, the performance appraisal process, the development of annual staffing plans for schools, and ensuring schools are programmed appropriately to meet the needs of all students.
