Salary: Up to $4300 + $60 HP Allowance + 1 month completion bonus

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
• Provide HR advisory and respond to employee and manager queries on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage work pass administration, renewals, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, exit interviews, and employee relations matters.
• Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, increment, and talent development processes.
• Prepare HR reports, process invoices/POs, and assist with HR projects and process improvements.
