1-Year DBS Direct Contract- Global Credit Workbench (GLOW) Support Specialist, Risk Management Group

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We provide the support for systems used by Relationship Manager, Credit Manager and Credit controller.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the GLOW platform, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction
• Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the GLOW support function
• Maintain detailed records of support activities and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for enhancement
