1-2-1 SEN Learning Support Assistant

John Ray Junior School in Braintree is seeking a dedicated 1-2-1 Learning Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs. The role involves assisting with learning in the classroom and maintaining positive relationships with students and staff.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026 with a salary range of £25,989 - £26,403. The ideal candidate will be patient and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring the best support for our pupils.
