**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
+ Maintain material flow to support production and customer demand
+ Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and site-specific operating rules
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
