POSITION OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Director, Oncology and Palliative Care, the Nurse Practitioner will work to promote clinical excellence, quality patient/client-centered care and high professional standards. Focus will be placed on enhancing nursing practice and patient outcomes while working in a collaborative practice model. The Nurse Practitioner will work in the Walker Family Cancer Centre and be responsible for supporting cancer patients throughout the cancer journey from diagnosis to survivors...
